  • I want to celebrate my divorce/PhD/recovery/coming out/staying in/wrap party/new baby/new hamster… Are The Mercenaries the right band for me?
    If you’re looking for serious jollification (and the best oxymorons) AND to dance your ass off, then yes, yes, OMFG, yes.
     

  • Do you guys do choreography?
    We march to the beat of our own rock & roll hearts.
     

  • How do I find true love?
    Second star to the right and straight on ’til morning. 42. Tinder. Another dime in the jukebox, baby. Learn to love yourself through a process of self-actualization, kale smoothies, deep breathing, study of the great books and salsa dancing. Or... hang out at an event where The Mercenaries are playing and get your groove on.
     

  • What if I want to have my shindig at an unusual or out-of-the-way location?
    No problem. Whether it’s on the back of a truck or in the back field, we can make it work. We can even roll up with our own power! Just let us know what you need and we will do our best to bring the wonder and the wattage.
     

  • What exactly happens when The Mercenaries show up to play?
    On game day we like to arrive two hours before any guests to build our sound system and change into our rock & roll accoutrements before the show.  We have a variety of awesome DJs we like to work with OR feel free to create your own Spotify playlists: 
    One for cocktail/dinner hour and and one for party time, we will play before, between and after the bands sets. OR we can provide short playlists made up of our own tried and true wedding song selections.

    For all events, we provide all necessary sound and lighting (including the microphone for speeches and ceremony).  All we need from the venue are two regular schmegular Edison, U-Ground wall outlets.
